Ok...so I want to purchase an espresso machine for my home. I've wanted one for years, and my love for good lattes and cappuccinos has only grown. So now the question becomes: If I spend all this $$$ on a good machine, will I really use it, or will it just become the first item I sell on E-bay? Worse...if I'm going to buy a machine, I want to buy a good one, maybe even an automatic, so that the chances that I like using it will increase. Unfortunately, that also means the money I spend increases. Oh, what to do, what to do?
Maybe I'll make a New Years Resolution to drink home-made espresso...then I'll have to buy a machine, right?

buy one!! Then you can make me yummy soy lattes when I come to visit :)
I say buy it! But do it right - buy an automatic. Otherwise it WILL become your first eBay listing! If you get a manual one you'll have fun making the first few drinks but you'll quickly tire of the cleanup. So I say do it and do it right by getting an automatic! :-)
Funny. That's exactly what I'm considering, but automatics are sooo expensive. Do you have one?
